The Blind punch

The blind punch

“The punch you don’t see coming, is the punch that hurts you the most”

The punch you don’t see coming is the punch that hurts you the most because you don’t have time to prepare your defenses or brace yourself for the impact. It can also be more damaging because it can land on a vulnerable spot on your body, such as your chin or temple, which can lead to a knockout.

To avoid getting hit with unexpected punches, fighters need to be constantly vigilant and aware of their opponent’s movements and intentions. They need to be able to read their opponent’s body language and anticipate their attacks, so that they can be ready to defend themselves or launch a counterattack.

This requires a combination of physical skills, such as footwork and head movement, as well as mental skills, such as focus and concentration. By staying alert and focused, fighters can minimize the chances of being caught off guard by an unexpected punch, and increase their chances of coming out on top in the fight.
